土壤中高效氯氰菊酯残留量测定的不确定度分析

摘    要:依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了气相色谱法测定土壤中高效氯氰菊酯残留量的不确定度数学模型,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和评估。结果显示:在 0.0.3 mg/kg添加水平、95%置信区间(k=2)下,土壤中高效氯氰菊酯的测定结果可表示为0.029±0.0051 mg/kg。测定过程中的不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合引入,可通过选择合适的标准溶液浓度范围、增加标准溶液的测定次数等措施减少不确定度,保证检测结果的准确可靠。

Uncertainty Evaluation of beta-Cypermethrin in Soil by Using Gas Chromatography
Abstract:According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, a mathematical model for the evaluation of uncertainty of beta-cypermethrin residue in soil by gas chromatography was established. Then the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the determination result of beta-cypermethrin at the spiking level of 0.03 mg/kg in soil in 95% confidence interval (k=2) could be expressed as 0.029±0.0051 mg/kg. The standard curve fitting contributed to the most to the uncertainty of detection result. By selecting appropriate concentration range of standard solution, and increasing the determination times of standard solution, the uncertainty can be reduced, and the accuracy and reliability of test result can be guaranteed.
