| 摘 要： | 根据现代产权理论,从产权角度,分析了农地使用制度创新所带来制度绩效的原因。通过分析现阶段中国农地制度绩效不显著影响因素,总结出目前农民已获得较完整的产权,但并未带来显著的制度绩效的原因。
