| 摘 要： | 猪睾丸细胞（ST细胞）主要用于猪瘟等病毒的培养。猪睾丸细胞增殖试验结果表明,通过在常规培养基中添加肝素用来培养ST细胞,可有效增加细胞密度,改善细胞生长状态,有望为ST细胞工厂化转瓶生产提供指导依据。

| Abstract: | wine testicle cells(ST)are used primarily for the culture of swine fever virus.Proliferation experiment of swine testicle cells was conducted.The results showed that addition of the heparin in the conventional culture medium for the ST cell culture could effectively increase the cell density and improve the cellular state.It might provide guidance on roller bottles production of ST cell factory. |
