摘    要:以金钱树(Zamioculcas zamiifolia)为试材,研究了不同浓度的α-萘乙酸(NAA)处理、水培和沙培对金钱树不同叶位叶柄的扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明,200mg/LNAA处理对金钱树扦插的生根率、生根数、根长和块茎生长方面具有最佳促进作用;金钱树4~9叶位叶柄的扦插效果比1~3叶位叶柄好。

Abstract:The effects of α-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) in different concentrations and different leaf position on the cutting propagation of water culture and sand culture of Zamioculcas zamiifolia were studied.The results showed the concentration of 200 mg/L NAA had the best effectiveness on rooting rate,the number of roots,root length and tuber growth,the leaves at the position of 4~9 had the better cutting propagation effectiveness than the leaves at 1~3.
