不同产地野菊花中蒙花苷含量的比较研究

[目的]考查不同产地的野菊花中蒙花苷的含量。[方法]采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Hanbon-7 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为CH3OH-H2O-HAc(31∶23∶1),检测波长为334 nm。[结果]不同产地野菊花中蒙花苷的含量为0.06%~2.75%,差异显著。[结论]制定野菊花中蒙花苷含量的限度标准非常重要,建议定为1.20%。

Comparative Study on the Content of Linarin in Chrysanthemum indicum L. from Different Producing Areas

[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the content of linarin in Chrysanthemum indicum L.from different producing areas.[Method] The chromatographic conditions included RP-HPLC method,chromatographic column of Hanbon-7 C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(31∶23∶1)and the detection wavelength of 334 nm.[Result] The content of linarin in C.indicum from different producing areas was from 0.06% to 2.75%, with significant difference.[Conclusion] It was important to set up the limit standards of linarin content in C.indicum and it was suggested to be 1.20%.
