| 摘 要： | 该文通过对土地荒漠化和沙化形成的原因、危害，荒漠化及沙化土地现状及动态变化情况的阐述，揭示了我国荒漠化和沙化土地防治面临的主要问题、我国治沙工作需要解决的困难。最终表明合理的土地利用在沙漠化防治中被证明是行之有效的，要贯彻落实好科学发展观，按照依法防治、科学防治和综合防治的方针搞好各项措施。

| Abstract: | Genesis,damage,status quo and dynamic change of land desertification and sandification were expounded.Problems and difficulties of desertification and land sandification prevention and control in China were revealed.Results showed that rational land use was an effective path for desertification control.Some measures could do well to implement the scientific concept of development with according to law,scientific control,and comprehensive prevention. |
