摘    要:旨在研究不同消化能粗蛋白比(DE/CP)对奶牛瘤胃发酵的影响。将奶牛常用饲料组合成5种配合饲料,其消化能粗蛋白比(DE/CP)分别为12.6、14.3、15.9、16.4和17.0,应用人工瘤胃技术研究不同DE/CP对瘤胃液pH、氨氮(NH3-N)质量百分数、微生物蛋白(MCP)产量和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)质量百分数的影响。结果表明:不同DE/CP对瘤胃pH影响不显著(P0.05),而在NH3-N质量百分数、MCP产量和VFA质量百分数方面不同DE/CP间差异显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)。结论:在此试验设计条件下,配合饲料DE/CP为15.9时最有利于奶牛瘤胃发酵。

Abstract:This study was proposed to investigate the effect of different DE/CP on rumen fermentation.5 mixtures were made of common feed for dairy cows ,their digestible energy-to-crude protein ratio(DE/CP) were 12.6 、 14.3 、 15.9 、 16.4 and 17.0 ,respectively,the effects of different DE/CP on pH,NH 3 -N concentration 、 MCPand VFA concentration were researched by short-term artificial rumen technique.The results: there were no significant influences in different DE/CP on rumen pH ( P 0.05 ) ,the significant effects occurred in different DE/CP on NH 3 -N concentration 、 MCP and VFA concentration.The conclusion: the formula feed in which ratio (DE/CP)was 15.9 was best for dairy cows rumen fermentation in this experiment.
