| Abstract: | The "power-based ideas" deeply-rooted in China,which is the important causes of civil society,culture of private law underdevelopment.To nurture the civil society and culture of private law,it is necessary to update the concept,transform government functions,push forward the building of democracy and legal system strongly.In addition we must learn from the advanced culture in the West,at the same time play the role of intellectuals in order to innovate national culture. |
