| 摘 要： | 根据10年来污染治理投资的相关数据，研究了工业废水污染与水污染治理投资之间的关系。结果表明，工业废水排放强度和排放量均与单位GDP水污染治理投资比重呈负相关；工业废水污染未得到有效控制的原因为：环保投资总量不足、单位GDP水污染治理投资比例不稳定、投资结构不合理、投资效率低、环保投融资渠道单一等。 |

| Abstract: | According to the data of pollution control investment in 10 years, the relation of industrial wastewater pollution and water pollution control investment was studied.The results showed that the emission intensity and emission amount of industrial wastewater all had negative correlation with the investment proportion of unit GDP for water pollution control.The reasons that industrial wastewater pollution was not effectively controlled were that the total investment for environmental protection was inadequate, the investment proportion of unit GDP for water pollution control was unstable, the investment structure was unreasonable, the investment efficiency was low, the investment and financing channel was single etc. |
