摘 要: | 经x射线诱发,获得一种可遗传的体形突变蚕,其形态特征与数珠蚕(mf:12-39.8)相似.幼虫节间膜深缢,环节紧缩,形似数珠,体细而硬,易脱肛.遗传分析表明,受常染色体上隐性单基因支配.因其为数珠蚕的相似突变,故称之第2数珠蚕(monilifonm 2),基因符号暂记为:mf-2.

Abstract: | An X ray - induced heritable mutant of Silkworm was obtained whose morphology is similar to that ofthe natural moniliform silkworm (mf: 12 - 39. 8). The body of its larvae has like a string of beads,slender and hard, with sunken intersegmental membrane and contracted segments. Hedrocele is likely tooccur in its fifth - instar larvae. Genetic analysis has shown that this mutant character is controlled by apair of recessive gene located on an autochromosome. Since it is similar to the existing moniliform silk-worm in body shape, it is tenttively named "moniliform 2" with the gene symbol mf - 2. |
