Ca~(2+)提高黄瓜幼苗耐热性的研究

摘    要:在黄瓜幼苗二叶期叶面喷施Ca2 + 后 ,进行高温胁迫处理。结果表明 :Ca2 + 能有效地缓解高温下黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b、光合速率和量子产量的下降速度 ;抑制高温下叶片MDA含量的增加和电解质的外渗 ;维持较高的活性氧清除酶活性 ,提高黄瓜幼苗对高温的耐受能力。

Abstract:The cucumber seedlings were treated at high temperature after being sprayed with Ca 2 at the second true leaf. The results showed that Ca 2 could retard the descent speed of chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b,phytosynthetic rate and quantum yield effectively,and inhibit the increasement of MDA content and electrolytic leakage. The Ca 2 treatment also resulted in high activities of the enzymes which eliminate active oxygen in cucumber seedlings.
