| 摘 要： | 近年来我困村镇建设方面取得了一定的成就，但在发展中也存在许多问题，其中最大的问题是资源的严重浪费。通过介绍国内建筑节能技术发展概况，指出在村镇住宅建设中应大力推广节能技术，以缓解能源紧张，保护农村生态环境。
