土壤干旱对豫麦54号小麦灌浆期生长和生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验对不同土壤干旱条件下小麦品种豫麦54号灌浆期生长和生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,灌浆期株高、地上部干重、根干重、总生物量、叶水势、叶相对含水率、根系活力、蒸腾速率和光合速率均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势;根冠比、叶饱和亏、叶片可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性以及POD活性均呈增加趋势。这说明,在干旱胁迫下,豫麦54号一方面通过改变生物量分配策略,较多地提高根比重,以利于根系吸水增强抗旱性;另一方面,通过改变自身的生理特性以提高抗旱性。

Abstract:This paper deals with the growth and physiological characteristics of Yumai 54 during grain filling stage under different soil water conditions.The results showed that plant height,above ground dry weight,root dry weight,total biomass,leaf RWC,root vigour,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate decreased with the decrease of soil water,and R/S,leaf WSD,leaf soluble sugar content,proline content,plasma membrane permeability and POD activity in leaves increased with soil water decreasing.This indicated that the drought-resistance of Yumai 54 was improved by increasing its root weight ratio and changing its physiological characteristics.
