卢斯垫刃线虫新种和广东垫刃线虫新种描述(线虫门:垫刃科)

摘    要:卢斯垫刃线虫新种 (Tylenchuslucin .sp .)和广东垫刃线虫新种 (Tylenchusguangdongensisn .sp .)分别采集于广东省深圳光明农场的玉米 (Zeamays)和宝安马田菜场的葱 (Alliumfistulosum)根际土壤。前者以角质层无明显环纹、有明显的后阴子宫囊等特征明显区别于相似种小垫刃线虫 (TylenchusminorXie&Feng ,1997)和拟小垫刃线虫 (TylenchusparaminorXie&Feng ,1997) ;以口针长 8.3~ 10 .4μm、后阴子宫囊明显和尾短于或等于肛阴距等特征明显区别于相似种微针垫刃线虫 (TylenchusstylolusXie&Feng ,1995 )。后者以头部环纹明显、后阴子宫囊显著等特征区别于相似种小垫刃线虫 (T .minor)和拟小垫刃线虫 (T .paraminor) ;以尾长于肛阴距 ,交合刺较长等特征区别于相似种卢斯垫刃线虫新种 (T .lucin .sp .)和亚戴维恩垫刃线虫 (T .subdavaineiMukhina,1981)。

Description of Tylenchus luci n. sp. and Tylenchus guangdongensis n. sp. (Nematoda: Tylenchidae)

Abstract:Tylenchus luci n. sp. and Tylenchus guangdongens is n. sp. from Guangd ong, China were described in this paper. T. luci n. sp. was collected from soil around roots of Zea mays. The new species is similar to T. minor Xie & Feng, l 997 and T. paraminor Xie & Feng, l997 in body length (4l6~ 523 μm), style t leng th (8.3~10.4 μm) and more anteriorly located metacorpus (MB=36~50) etc. , but i t differs from T. minor by cuticle without obvious annulation, obvious post vulval uter ine sac, tail shorter than or as long as vulva-anus distance (in T. mino r, cuticle with obvious annulation, post vulval uterine sac not obvious or abs ent , tail longer than vulval-anus distance); from T. paraminor by cuticle wit hout o bvious annulation, post vulval uterine sac obvious, more anterior position of vu lva [V=64(61 ~68 )], c=5.8(4.4~ 6.7 ), male known [in T. paraminor, cut icle with obvious annutation, post vulval uterine sac not obvious or absent, V=69(66~74) , c=7.4(6.2~8.9 ), male unknown]. Because of its cuticle without obvious annul at ion, and position of metacarpus and vulva, it has to be compared with T. styl ol us Xie & Feng, 1995. It differs from the latter by longer stylet, obvious post vulval uterin e sac and shorter tail than or as long as vulua-anus distance (in T. st ylolus, stylet 6.0~ 6.5 μm long, post vulval uterine sac not obvious or ab sent , tail longer than vulva-anus distance ). T. guangdongensis n. sp. from soi l aro und roots of Allime fistulosum is characterized by body 421~533 μm long, stylet 7.8~ 16.4 μm, spicules 19~21 μm and bursa not obvious or absent. The new spec ies comes close to T. minor,T. paraminor and T. luci n. sp. on the basis of bod y length and stylet length etc.. It differs from T. minor in having three t o fo ur head annulation, obvious post vulval uterine sac, tail often hooked or conspi cuously curved, bursa not obvious or absent, spicules longer (in T. minor, h ead without obvious annulation, post vulual uterine sac not obvious or absent, slightly bent tail, obvious bursa, spicules 17 μm long ); from T. param inor by hea d with three to four annnulations, more posteriorly located metacorpus (MB=44~ 5 3 ), obvious post vulval uterine sac, tail often hooked or conspicuously curved and longer than vulva-anus distance, male known (in T. paraminor, head wit hout obvious annulation, MB=39.1~44.1, post vulual uterine sac not obvious or absen t, tail straight or slight bent and shorter than or as long as vulua-anus distanc e , male unkown); from T. luci n. sp. by cuticle with obvious annulation, tail oft en hooked or conspocuously curved and longer than vulva-anus distance, spicules longer ( in T. luci n. sp., cuticle without obvious annu1ation, tail straig ht o r slightly bent and shorter than or as long as vulva-anus distance, spicules 13 .0~ 18.2 μm long ). Besides it is similar to T. subdavainei Mukhina,1981 in bu rsa a bsent, but differs from the latter by body and shorter stylet and longe r spicules(in T. subdavainei, body 672~708 μm, stytet 10~12 μm, spicu les 13~15 μm).
