农业科技平台建设分析与发展思考——以中国农业科学院为例

科技平台作为国家农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是支撑农业科技创新、凝聚和培养高层次人才队伍、促进科研机构可持续发展的重要载体。文章以中国农业科学院为例,在分析新时期农业科技平台发展所面临新形势和新需求的基础上,梳理和总结了中国农业科学院科技平台的发展现状、建设成效以及存在的问题,提出了新形势下加快重大科技基础设施、重点实验室、工程技术研究中心、野外科学观测网络等科技平台的建设重点和发展思考。

Consideration on the Analysis and Development of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Platform Construction,Taking China Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

As the important part of national agricultural scientific and technological innovation system, scientific and technological platform is the important carrier of supporting agricultural scientific and technological innovation, adsorbing and cultivating high-level talent team, as well as promoting the healthy and sustainable development of scientific research institutions. Through the case study of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), the new situation and requirements of agricultural scientific and technological platform facing for the development in the new period were analyzed in the paper. The development status, effect of construction and existing problems about the CAAS scientific and technological platform were collated and summarized. The development priority and thoughts about construction of the CAAS scientific and technological platform in the new situation were suggested, i.e., strengthening construction of important scientific and technological basic facilities, key labs, engineering technological research centers and outdoor scientific observation web.
