湿膜加湿器智能控制整仓小麦调质试验

摘    要:采用湿膜加湿技术,配合智能通风控制和离心风机下行式循环通风技术,对待出库的整仓小麦进行通风调质试验。仓内小麦平均水分由原来的11.4%上升至12.4%,增幅1.0%,且粮温正常,粮情稳定,小麦外观籽粒饱满,光泽好,其它品质无明显变化,取得了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:Use damp film to add wet technology,in cooperation with aeration technology and centrifuger fan down circulation ventilation technology,to aerate the wheat that is going to be carried outside the warehouse to adjust the moisture content.Average moisture content of wheat in the warehouse was enhance from 11.4% to 12.4%,adding range was 1.0%,and wheat temperature was normal,wheat situation was stable,outward of wheat was full and shine,there were no obvious changes in other characters,it has acquired an obvious economic efficiency.
