车轮跳动对定位参数影响的试验分析

摘    要:车轮定位参数随车轮的跳动而变化,从而影响汽车的操纵稳定性、轮胎的磨损等性能,是悬架设计主要考虑的指标之一。选用某轿车的前悬架(麦弗逊悬架),设计了悬架运动学参数试验台,采用机械式千斤顶加载的方式来模拟车轮的跳动。通过试验综合考察了车轮跳动过程中车轮定位参数的变化,以及转向梯形断开点的垂直位置对车轮定位参数的影响。

Abstract:The variation of a wheel alignment caused by up and down movement has a great influence on performance of an automobile, such as its maneuverability and wear of tire, and must be considered in the course of suspension design. A kinematic test bench for Macpherson suspension was designed and the up and down movement of wheels was simulated by loading the wheels by mechanical jacks. A series of experiments were conducted to measure the variation of alignment during wheel jouncing; meanwhile, the influence of breaking point of steering trapezoid on alignment was also investigated.
