摘    要:为了研究抗生素在海洋微藻培养过程中对微藻的影响,实验探讨了4种海洋微藻(海链藻、小硅藻、塔胞藻、小球藻)对氨苄青霉素的敏感性,通过培养过程中加入抗生素进行培养并测定其光密度值进行实验.研究表明,氨苄青霉素对海链藻的生长影响较大,对其它的3种微藻影响较小.

Abstract:In the course of the culture of marine micro-algae,the utilization of vast amount of antibiotic has certain effect on its growth. To explore the effect of antibiotic on the growth of marine micro-algae in the course of culture. In this paper the sensitivity of kinds of four marine micro-algae (Thalassiosira sp,Nitzschia closterium,Pyramidomonas sp,Chlorella sp) to Ampicillin was studied.By means of addiny antibiotic in the process of culture and determing OD in the experiments. The results indicated that the effects of Ampicillin on the growth of Thalassiosira sp is big while it is small on the other three kinds of marine micro-algaes.
