乡村振兴战略下北京乡村文化建设的路径选择

党的十九大报告明确提出实施乡村振兴战略,而乡村文化建设是乡村振兴战略中的精神支柱,是实施乡村振兴的重要基础和保障。但是,伴随美丽乡村建设,乡村文化建设中也存在着资金投入不足、传统文化受到冲击、取代、重经济、轻文化等各种问题。文章提出加大投入乡村文化建设资金、搭建乡村文化建设平台、挖掘乡村文化内涵和构建乡村文化人才培养机制等路径选择,建议大力建设和提升乡村文化,以促进乡村振兴战略的实施。

The Development Path Selection of Rural Cultural Construction in BeijingUnder the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

The Report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearlypoints out the strategy of rural revitalization. Obviously, the rural culture is the key topic of the strategy ofrural revitalization, which is an important basis and guarantee for implementing rural revitalization. Alongwith the construction of new countryside and urbanization, there are also some rural cultural problems.For example, the investment is insufficient; the traditional rural culture may be impacted seriously, evensubstituted by modern culture; economy development is emphasized, however the cultural construction isneglected, etc. It is proposed to increase the investments on the rural cultural infrastructures, to establisha platform for the construction of rural culture, to carry forward the spirit of rural culture and to build atraining system for farmers. We should vigorously promote rural culture and implement the strategy ofrural revitalization.
