| 摘 要： | 通过RT-PCR获得一个编码棉花丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶类似蛋白全长的cDNA片段,其编码的氨基酸序列与拟南芥ATPK3的相似度达到82%,这个基因暂被命名为GhPK1。基因全编码区包括1038个核苷酸,编码346个氨基酸的蛋白。GhPK1的编码产物在265~270个氨基酸处有一个跨膜区并可能结合在内质网膜上。GhPK1在种子和纤维中的表达水平较其它组织高。另外,GhPK1的表达量在受到盐胁迫后上升,说明GhPK1可能参与了盐胁迫反应。

| Abstract: | The cDNA encoding the full length of the serine/threonine protein kinase like protein of cotton was cloned through RT-PCR.The amino acid sequence encoded by it shows an 82% homology to the ATPK3 of Arabidopsis.This gene was tentatively designated as GhPK1.The entire coding region of GhPK1 is 1038 bp and encodes a polypeptide of 346 amino acids.Its product may possess one trans-membrane domain in the region of 265 to 270 amino acids and may bind to the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum.GhPK1 shows a higher expression level in seed and fiber than in other organs.In addition,the expression of GhPK1 is increased by salt induction which indicates GhPK1 may participate in salt-stress reactions. |
