| Abstract: | Hun Bei irrigation fields in Shenyang was taken as an example to pursue a new irrigation fields water management model for promoting the irrigation fields development by establishing irrigation fields water management system .The methods of how to design and build the system which based on irrigation fields, the system functions and the application example were presented. |
