摘    要:为寻找降解丙烯酰胺的微生物处理法 ,用选择性培养基加富培养的方法 ,从自然界筛选能分解丙烯酰胺单体的微生物 .在含有丙烯酰胺单体的培养基中进行培养实验 ,测定降解效果 ,从中筛选出了降解效果较好的菌株B99 0 8,并初步鉴定其为节细菌属的一种 (Arthrobactersp .)

Abstract:By selective culture medium plus enhanced medium, microorganism capable of decomposing acrylamide was screened. Cultural experiments were conducted in the culture medium containing acrylamide monomer to measure the degrading results and to select the strains with better degrading performance. The best degrading strain is B99 08.The genus was preliminarily indentified as Arthrobacter sp.
