摘    要:目的]为选育高效优质杜仲四倍体品种及栽培提供理论依据。方法]采用便携式调制荧光仪MINII-PAM进行测定。结果]四倍体与二倍体的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)及表观电子传递效率(ETR)均存在明显的日变化。Fm与Fv/Fm的日变化趋势相似,qP与qN呈相反趋势。结论]杜仲四倍体的ETR、qP、qN均高于二倍体,说明杜仲四倍体通过热耗散来尽量降低光抑制程度及对环境条件适应能力强于二倍体。

Study on Diurnal Changes in Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Tetraploid Eucommia ulmoides

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical foundation for the selection and cultivation of high-quality tetraploid Eucommia ulmoides. Method] The materials were measured by portable Pulse-Amplitude Modulation fluorometer MINI-PAM. Result] The Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm,qP,qN,ETR of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters had large variations all the day,Fm showed a consistent change with Fv/Fm. The qP and qN changed reversely. Conclusion] ETR,qP and qN of tetraploid were generally higher than diploid,which showed that tetraploid can minimize the degree of photoinhibition through increasing heat dissipation and be more adapted to the environment than diploid.
