缺镁对红地球葡萄幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:[目的]为及时诊断栽培红地球葡萄的缺镁症状及其平衡施肥提供理论依据。[方法]采用原子吸收比色法测定镁元素含量,参照李合生法测定MDA含量及SOD和POD的活性。[结果]缺镁条件下,镁元素含量、叶绿素含量、SOD、POD活性显著下降,MDA含量显著上升.且各项指标的变化在缺镁60d后开始变得显著。此时,缺镁处理的镁含量比对照下降了47.6%,对照的叶绿素含量达到最大,缺镁和低镁处理及对照的MDA含量开始显著上升;低镁处理和对照的SOD活性达到最大;缺镁和低镁处理的POD活性开始下降。低镁处理120d的POD活性比对照下降了30.5%。缺镁和低镁处理90d的叶绿素含量分别比对照下降了65.2%和67.7%。f结论1在缺镁和低镁处理中,各项指标的变化主要集中在生长前期。因此,应注意在葡萄生长前期使用镁肥。
