| 摘 要： | 建筑装饰施工技术的应用,应充分考虑装饰物的装饰效果及施工、使用和维护的安全。本文介绍的实例,施工技术人员在充分考虑设计效果、材料供应、工期要求、施工技术、使用和维护安全等诸方面因素。在征得设计人员和建设单位同意后,提出了设计方案修改,并制定了合理的施工方案。施工进展顺利,保证了工期和工程质量,赢得了较好的工程效益。

| Abstract: | The appliation of building decorating techiques should fully considerate decorating results and safety of inditerance.In this acatually case here,the technican considered all the important factors and reached agreement with the owner,and then proposed a new design.By this new design,the decorating work conducted smoothly and produced good efficiency. |
