摘    要:[目的]研究喷施不同浓度的沼气发酵液对番茄产量及品质性状的影响。[方法]以蔬菜废弃物(甘蓝叶)为材料制作沼气发酵液,通过对番茄喷施沼气发酵液,设置不同的梯度,对喷施沼气发酵液后的番茄各项指标进行测定。[结果]对番茄喷施沼气发酵液可以增加单株开花数,提高番茄果实中番茄红素和维生素C的含量。[结论]为探索蔬菜废弃物养分资源循环利用提供了新途径。

Abstract:[Objective] This study aimed to examine the effects of biogas fermentation broth on tomato growth and development. [Method] The biogas fermentation broth of vegetable waste (cabbage leaves) was sprayed at different concentrations to tomato leaves throughout its growth period. Then, the quality indices of the tomato fruits were measured. [Result] Biogas fermentation broth increased the flowers, improved the contents of lycopene and vitamin C in tomato fruits. [Conclusion] The results provide a new direction for vegetable waste recycling.
