游离脯氨酸累积与冬小麦品种的抗旱性

摘    要:无论是土壤长期缺水,还是短期缺水,都使小麦叶片游离脯氨酸含量明显增高。短期土壤缺水处理,随叶片失水而呈中度水分胁迫时,抗旱性较弱的济南13号游离脯氨酸累积高于抗旱性较强的鲁麦1号;严重水分胁迫时则相反。叶片相对含水量与游离脯氨酸含量的回归分析表明,二者为显著的负相关,在叶片相对含水量相同的情况下,抗旱性较强的鲁麦1号比抗旱性较弱的济南13号累积更多的游离脯氨酸。

Abstract:Free proline in two winter wheat cultivars(Triticum aestivum L.) accumulated greatly whether the plants suffered from long-term or short-term water stress in the soil. In short-term soil water stress, drought-susceptible "Jinan No.13" accumulated more free proline than drought-resistant "Lumai No.1" under moderate stress, but the latter accumulated more free proline than the former under severe water stress. According to the linear regression tests, there was highly significant negative correlation of the relative water content (RWC) versus the level of proline accumulation in the leaves.Under the same water stress expressed as RWC of leaf, "Lumai No.l" accumulated more proline than "Jinan No. 13". It seemed that the level of proline accumulation was positively correlated with drought resistance.
