| 摘 要： | 用昆明种小白鼠对中药“壮阳促孕散”进行传统致畸试验研究。在试验中，对所有孕鼠的着床数、活胎数、死胎数、吸收胎数、胎鼠体重、身长、尾长、颜色、形状、大小、数量以及胎鼠的内脏和骨骼进行了检查记录。结果表明：致畸反应呈阴性，这说明中药“壮阳促孕散”无致畸作用。

| Abstract: | The teratogeny test of the traditional Chinese medicine CF was studied on Kunming mice in the experiment,All pregnant mice touchbed number?living embryo number?died embryo number?absorbed embryo number?the embryo weight?body length?tail length?color?number?internal organs and embryo bone was examined in the experiment. Result suggests that the teratogeny test are all negative reaction.These show that the traditional Chinese medicine CF has no teratogeny action. |
