| Abstract: | The karyotypes of interspecific hybrids from the cross of L.dauricum(2n=2x=24)and Lily cv.Brunello(2n=4x=48)were studied in this paper.The results show that the chromosome number of the interspecific hybrid MB70-48 was 2n=2x=24,and the other three interspecific hybrids MB70-30,MB72-6,MB71-5 were 2n=3x=36.The karyotype formula of L.dauricum was 2n=2x=24=2m+4sm+12st+6t and of Brunello was 2n=4x=8m(1SAT)+4sm(2SAT)+16st+20t.The karyotype formula of MB70-48 was 2n=2x=24=4m+2sm(2SAT)+2st+14t+2T.The karyotype form... |
