| 摘 要： | 以氨基树脂为载体,磷-氮系阻燃液与固体无机耐火剂所构成的刨花板用阻燃体系,采用阻燃剂与刨花直接混合的添加工艺,不会造成阻燃剂的浪费,不污染环境。所生产的阻燃刨花板主要物理力学性能达到国家标准。阻燃性能:氧指数40%～50%.1000℃火焰穿透时间15～25分钟,发烟等级为一级。对人低毒。

| Abstract: | The fire retardant-treated particteboard was produced by mixing wood chips with fire retardant, fire resistant solid component respectively. This production technology causes no waste of chemicals and no enviromental pollution. The fire retardant chemicals used contain amino resin as carrier and P-N system chemical solution.
The physical and mechanical properties of fire retardant-treated particleboard met the Chinese National Standart of particleboard. The fire retardant poperties of the board were oxygen index of 40%-50%, flame resistance time of 15-25min as well as smoke generation of class A. The fire retardant used is low toxic to human. |
