小桐子种子萌发试验

摘    要:[目的]为小桐子的种植和相关研究提供参考。[方法]以成熟小桐子种子为材料,研究种子储存时间(0、30、60、90 d)、发芽温度(10、20、27、35℃)、沙子含水量(2%、4%、8%)、播种深度(0、0.5、1 cm)、去皮处理(2端去皮、单端去皮、不去皮)对其发芽率和发芽势的影响。[结果]种子储存时间对小桐子种子发芽率和发芽势无显著影响;10℃条件下小桐子种子不能萌发,在20-35℃范围内,种子发芽率随温度升高而升高,27℃时发芽率最高;沙子含水量为2%、4%、8%时种子发芽率分别为67%、96%和48%;播种深度为0、0.5 cm时发芽率较高;单端去皮种子发芽率和发芽势较高。[结论]小桐子种子萌发的最适温度为27℃,最适沙子含水量为4%。

Abstract:[Objective] The study was to provide the reference for planting and relevant research on Jatrohpa curcas L.[Method] With mature J.curcas seeds as the materials,the effects of seed storage time(0,30,60,90 d),germination temperature(10,20,27,35 ℃),sand moisture content(2%,4%,8%),sowing depth(0,0.5,1 cm) and peeling treatment(2-end peeling,single-end peeling,no peeling) on their germination rate and germination vigor were studied.[Result] The seed storage time had no significant effects on germination rate and germination vigorof J.curcas seeds.J.curcas seeds could not germinate under 10 ℃,in 20-35 ℃,the seed germination rate was increased with the increase of temperature,and the seed germination rate was the highest at 27 ℃.When sand moisture content was 2%,4% and 8%,the germination rate of J.curcas seeds were 67%,96% and 48% resp.And the germination rate was high when sowing depth were 0,0.5 cm.And the germination rate and germination vigor of J.curcas seeds were higher in the treatment of single-end peeling.[Conclusion] The optimum temperature for J.curcas seed germination was 27 ℃,and the optimum sand moisture content was 4%.
