锦州地区奶牛布鲁氏菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:目的]为了查明锦州地区奶牛布鲁氏菌病的流行现状。方法]对锦州地区两家奶牛场所采集的126份血清进行试管凝集试验(SAT)检测。结果]表明阳性率分别为31.6%、27.4%,平均为29.5%,然后再采集阳性牛的全血15份和奶样71份,进行病原分离与鉴定,共得到7株布鲁氏菌。结论]布鲁氏菌病应当引起足够重视。

Abstract:Objective]In order to investigate the epidemic situation of brucellosis of dairy cow in Jinzhou. Method]Standard Tube Agglurination test (SAT) was carried on 126 serum samples from two dairy farms in Jinzhou. Result]The results indicated that the positive rate was 31.6o/oo and 27.4%. The av- erage positive rate was 29.50./00. Then 15 blood and 120 milk samples were collected from the positive cows to isolate and identify bacterium, 7 strains of brucella were obtained. ConclusionlBrucellosis is still popular in Jinzhou,and it should be paid enough attention.
