不同温度对瓶装公猪精液品质影响的探讨

以杜洛克公猪塑料瓶装精液为试验材料,研究了25、28、30、32℃共4个不同温度对公猪精液的影响,结果表明:在不同温度的影响下,精液的色泽没有明显的变化;猪精液在温度达到25℃和28℃时的气味较浓,明显散发出腥味,猪精液外观品质性状表现较好;当温度>25℃时,精子密度降低、畸形率逐渐增高、活率降低。各温度处理间的精子活率变化差异均极显著(P<0.01),当温度达到30℃时,精子活率降至7级以下,且活率下降很快。25℃时精液的各项指标表现最好。

Effect of Different Temperatures on Quality of Bottled Boar Semen

Taking Duroc boar's semen in plastic bottle as test material,the effects of four different temperatures(25,28,30,32 ℃) on semen quality were studied.The results showed that: the color of semen had no significant changes at different temperatures;at 25 ℃ and 28 ℃,the semen had strong odor and radiated obvious fishy smell,but its appearance quality was good.When the temperature was more than 25 ℃,the density and viability of semen decreased,and its abnormal rate increased gradually.The semen viability at different temperatures had extremely significant differences(P<0.01) and declined rapidly with the increase of temperature over 30 ℃.The survival rate of semen dropped to below grade 7 as the temperature reached 30 ℃.At 25 ℃,the performance of each semen index was the best.
