多巴胺对鸡新城疫疫苗抗体效价的影响

摘    要:将180只10日龄公鸡随机均分成9组,用新城疫LaSota弱毒疫苗(ND)点眼滴鼻免疫的同时,3个实验组分别肌肉注射高、中、低剂量的多巴胺激动剂和拮抗剂溶液,注射1次/d,连续注射3次,对照组注射生理盐水。各组分别于免疫后7、14、21、28 d翼下静脉采血,分离血清,用微量血凝抑制(HI)测定新城疫抗体效价。结果表明,多巴胺(DA)受体激动剂中剂量组的HI抗体效价明显高于对照组,且呈现一直上升趋势;多巴胺(DA)受体拮抗剂的高剂量组抗体效价明显低于对照组,且呈现一直下降趋势;表明DA对新城疫疫苗的抗体效价有明显的调节作用。

Abstract:One hundred and eighty 10-day-old roosters were randomly divided into 9 groups.The weak-poisonous vaccine of Newcastle disease LaSota(ND) was used to inoculate every group by eye-drop and intranasal immunization.At the same time,the three experimental groups were injected respectively with high,medium and low doses of dopamine agonist and antagonist solutions once a day for continuous three times.The control group was injected with physiological brine.On the 7th,14th,21st and 28th day after immunity,the blood of each group was respectively sampled from the underwing vein,the serum was isolated,and trace blood clots inhibit(HI) was used to determine the antibody titer of Newcastle disease vaccine.The results showed that HI antibody titer in the middle-dose dopamine receptor agonist group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and presented an ascending trend;the antibody titer in the high-dose dopamine receptor antagonist group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and presented a declining trend.The results indicated that dopamine had a significant regulatory role on the antibody titer of Newcastle disease vaccine.
