草莓常规育种中F_1代的比较及优势利用

以不抗病的日本草莓品种红颊为母本,6个抗病性较强品种,通过正反交,得到16个组合,比较了其F1代的优势,结果表明:草莓的果实硬度、风味、抗病性、果形和成熟期等有随父本遗传的趋势,其中红颊×卡米诺实、红颊×温塔纳的产量最高,分别达64.18、59.71 t/hm2,这2个组合的抗病性、品质等性状表现较好。此外,还指出了在草莓的常规育种中应该注意的一些问题。

Comparison and Heterosis Utilization of F1 Generation in Strawberry Conventional Breeding

Taking disease-susceptible Japanese strawberry variety Hongjia as female parent,6 varieties with stronger disease-resistance as male parent,we obtained 16 combinations through reciprocal crossing,and the heterosises of their F1 generations were compared.The results showed that the fruit firmness,flavor,disease resistance,fruit shape and mature period of strawberry had genetic trends with the male parent.The yields of Hongjia×Kamonuoshi and Hongjia×Wentana were the highest,which reached 64.18 and 59.71 t/ hm2,respectively,and these two combinations showed better traits,such as strong disease resistance and high quality.In addition,some problems in the conventional breeding of strawberry were pointed out.
