一株产纤维素酶枸杞内生菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:通过组织分离法从健康枸杞植株体内分离到10株内生菌,经反复筛选及刚果红染色鉴定,获得一株较高活力纤维素酶内生菌GQP-3。结合菌落形态、生理生化特性及菌株特异性序列分析等手段,确定其分类归属。结果表明GQP-3为类芽孢杆菌属,该菌的发酵液在中性条件下的CMC酶活力可达20.0 U/mL。

Abstract:Ten endogenetic strains were isolated from healthy wolfberry plants by tissue isolation.Among them,the strain GQP-3 was the endogenetic strain producing cellulase with higher vigor,and it was obtained by repeated screening and Congo red dying method.In order to classify this strain,some means were used,such as colonial morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,strain-specific sequence analysis and so on.The results revealed that the strain GQP-3 was identified as Paenibacillus,and CMC enzyme activity of fermentation broth of the strain in the neutral condition could reach 20.0 U/mL.
