摘    要:[目的]为降低饲养成本,提高经济效益,指导肉牛养殖户科学合理利用玉米秸秆。[方法]选择10月龄年龄和体重相近健康的西杂牛18头,随机分为三组,每组6头,试验前经检验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在精饲料喂量相等的情况下,Ⅰ组饲喂复合酶发酵玉米秸秆;Ⅱ组饲喂复合酶发酵玉米秸秆和青贮玉米秸秆各占50%;Ⅲ组饲喂青贮玉米秸秆。经60d试验,三个试验组相互对比分析。[结果]表明:用复合酶发酵玉米秸秆和青贮玉米秸秆各占50%饲喂肉牛,育肥效果较单纯饲喂复合酶发酵玉米秸秆和青贮玉米秸秆高,但经方差分析,差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组日采食玉米秸秆分别比Ⅰ、Ⅲ组高120g和170g;Ⅱ组日增重分别比Ⅰ、Ⅲ组高20g和40g;每千克日增重Ⅱ组分别比Ⅰ、Ⅲ组降低饲料成本0.22元和0.19元。[结论]用复合酶处理玉米秸秆和青贮玉米秸秆搭配可以在肉牛育肥方面推广应用。

Abstract:[ObjectivelIn order to reduce feed cost, improve economic benefits and guide beef cattle breeders to scientifically and rationally utilize the corn straw. [Method]18 healthy Simmental hybrid cattle were selected with ten-month-old and similar body weight. They were randomly divided into three groups.Each group had 6 cattle. The difference between groups was not significant before the test (P〉0.05).With the same concentrate feed, group Ⅰ was fed with composite enzyme fermentation corn straw. Group Ⅱ was fed with 50% composite enzyme fermentation corn straw and 50% corn straw silage. Group Ⅲ was fed with corn straw silage. By 60 d test, the feeding effect on the three test groups was compared and ana-lyzed. [Result]The results showed that. the fattening effect feeding compound enzyme fermentation corn straw and corn straw silage accounted for 50 % was better than that simply fed composite enzyme fermentation corn straw or corn straw silage, but there was no significant difference by variance analysis (P〉0.05). In daily corn straw intake Ⅱ group Ⅱ was 120 g and 170 g higher than that of group Ⅰ and Ⅲ. And in daily gain,group Ⅱ was 20 g and 40 g higher than that of group Ⅰand Ⅲ. The feed cost for per kilogram daily gain in group Ⅱ decreased O. 22 and O. 19 yuan compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅲ ,respectively. [Conclu-sion] By using complex enzyme preparation treated with corn straw and corn straw silage reasonable collocation could be popularized and applied in beef cattle fattening aspect.
