摘 要: | 鉴定黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物的化学成分,为研究其化感作用及连作障碍的机理提供理论依据。采用砂培法收集黄灯笼辣椒的根系分泌物,柱层析法分离根系分泌物,依次选用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和甲醇洗脱根系分泌物并收集各洗脱组分,采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定各组分的化学成分。研究结果表明,黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物石油醚组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现57个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共28个;乙酸乙酯组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现73个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共28个;氯仿组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现67个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共27个;甲醇组分GC-MS鉴定图谱共出现55个物质峰,相似度大于85%的化学物质共28个。黄灯笼辣椒根系分泌物中含有烷烃类、脂类、酸类、醇类、酚类、醛类、肟类、吡咯烷酮类、酰胺类和萘胺类化合物。

Abstract: | The chemical component of Capsicum chinense Jacquin root exudates were identified in this study in order to provide scientific basis for investigation of allelopathy and the mechanism of cropping obstacles. The root exudates of Capsicum chinense Jacquin were collected by sand culture. The extracts were fractionated by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform and methanol respectively, through the column chromatography for root exudates isolation. And the chemical component of root exudates were identified by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results are as follows: there were 57 peaks of chemical component in the GC-MS chromatograms of petroleum ether extraction from Capsicum chinense Jacquin root exudates, and there were 28 chemical component of SI more than 85%; there were 73 peaks of chemical component in the GC?MS chromatograms of ethyl acetate extraction, and there were 28 chemical component of SI more than 85%; there were 67 peaks of chemical component in the GC?MS chromatograms of chloroform extraction, and there were 27 chemical component of SI more than 85%; there were 55 peaks of chemical component in the GC-MS chromatograms of methanol extraction, and there were 28 chemical component of SI more than 85%. The root exudates of Capsicum chinense Jacquin are composed of alkane, lipids, acids, alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, oxime, pyrrolidone, amide, amine and naphthalene compounds. |
