烯效唑(S-3307)对罗汉果组培苗组织结构的影响

摘    要:低浓度(0.01mg/L)的烯效唑(S-3307)能使罗汉果组培苗植株矮化、根茎粗壮、叶片增厚。经解剖学观察表明,与CK相比,添加S-3307的培养基培养的苗,其根、茎细胞明显缩短增粗,细胞层数增加;其叶片栅栏组织细胞变长,海绵组织细胞宽度增大。测量结果显示,S-3307培养的根、茎直径分别是CK的2.23倍和1.38倍,维管柱直径亦相应增加,叶片栅栏组织细胞平均长度是CK的1.32倍,海绵组织细胞宽度是CK的1.53倍,以上两种叶肉组织的变化使叶片的厚度增加。

Abstract:Low concentration of S-3307 (0.01 mg/L) could make Siraitia grosvenorii tissue culture seedlings become dwarfing,the root and stem become robust and leaves become thick.Anatomic observation indicated that S-3307 could shorten and thicken the cells in root and stem and increase cell layers.The palisade cell lengthened,the spongy cell widened and the cell layers were more than that of CK.The measuring results showed that the roots and stem diameters of treatment were 2.23 and 1.38 times respectively as that of CK.The diameter of vascular cylinder increased accordingly.The mean length of leaf palisade cell and the mean width of leaf spongy cell were 1.32 times and 1.53 times respectively as those of CK.The changes of the two mesophyll tissue made the leaf thickened.
