| 摘 要： | 在分析了湖南农业科技发展现状的基础上，根据新阶段对农业科技的客观要求，提出了湖南农业科技创新的重点与近期可启动的农业高新技术产业化项目，并从政策、人才、基础条件、科技投入诸方面，提出了湖南农业科技创新的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current situation of the agricultural SciTech in Hunan Province,then according to the latest requestments on agricultural SciTech in new period,points out the emphasis of agricultural SciTech innovation in Hunan and advances the industrialization projects on new hightechnology of agriculture which can be started in the near future.Meorover this article also puts forward the countermeasures of agricultural SciTech innovation in Hunan from aspects of policies,talented persons foundation conditions investion in SciTech etc. |
