| 摘 要： | 建设"农家书屋"是为满足农民文化需要,从提高农民文化素质入手,促进新时期农村经济社会协调发展。但"农家书屋"工程建设过程中,总会遇到这样或那样的客观问题或障碍,这就要求我们从这些客观情况入手,分析这些问题,探讨和研究解决这些问题的方法和措施,建立起"农家书屋"的可持续运行机制。

| Abstract: | Construct "rural library" is a contented farmer culture to need,from exaltation the farmer cultural character commence,promoting the economic society of lately period village moderate a development.But "rural library" engineering construction process in,always will meet so or so of the objective problem or obstacle,this will beg us to commence from these objective circumstances,analytical these problems,the study and research resolve the method and the measure of these problems,establishment’s rise "rural library" can keep on a movement mechanism. |
