| 摘 要： | 应用常规的病理剖检技术解剖死亡肉鸽,观察其病理变化,将病料无菌接种到普通琼脂培养基和血清琼脂培养基,培养获得2株细菌;取病鸡心脏、脾脏、肠道和肾脏等组织制作石蜡切片,HE染色,镜检见心肌纤维、肝脏、脾脏实质细胞表现为不同程度的损伤,间质中有多量嗜中性粒细胞浸润形成化脓灶。

| Abstract: | This paper report that dead pigeons were anatomized with the conventional pathological examination technique,and pathological changes were observed.Bacteria was inoculated into ordinary agar medium and serum agar medium from the sample,acquired two strains of bacteria.Paraffin section was made with tissue of sick pigeon,such as heart,spleen,intestine and kidney,then HE staining was carried out,the varying degrees of injury were found in myocardium fibers,liver,parenchyma cells of spleen in microscopic examination,and amount of neutrophil deteriorate to purulent foci in interstitial. |
