摘    要:以辣椒籽的提油率及其亚油酸提取量为评价指标,分别研究辣椒籽粉碎粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度及萃取时间对超临界CO2流体萃取辣椒籽中亚油酸提取量的影响.结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取辣椒籽中亚油酸的适宜工艺条件为:粉碎粒度60目,萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度55℃,萃取时间40 min.在此条件下,辣椒籽的提油率为29.4...

Abstract:Using the extraction oil rate of paprika seeds and the extraction amount of linoleic acid as evaluation indicators,the influence of particle size of paprika seeds,extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time were studied.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: particle size of paprika seeds 60 mesh,extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction time 40 min.Under these conditions,paprika seeds oil extraction rate was 29.40%,the extraction amount of linoleic acid in paprika seeds reached 145.07 mg/g.
