獭兔巴氏杆菌病病原的分离与药敏试验

通过对海晏县某兔场病死獭兔无菌采取肝、脾、肺、肾等8份病料,应用常规分离鉴定技术进行病原的分离与鉴定,同时以多杀性巴氏杆菌C47-8株为质控菌株,结果显示,分离菌株与C47-8株间有一定的生化差异,但符合多杀性巴氏杆菌的生化特性。最后结合流行病学、临床症状、病理变化,确诊为獭兔巴氏杆菌病,并对分离菌株进行了药物筛选,选取敏感药物进行交替治疗,取得了较好的效果。

Isolation of Pasteurella multocida from Otter Rabbit and Drug Sensitive Test

Liver,spleen,lung,kidney and so on 8 tissue samples of infected or dead Otter Rabbits were collected from X Rabbit farms in Haiyan county.A strain of bacterium was iso1ated by routine bacterial isolation and identification technology.At the same time,the biochemical characters of isolated bacteria had been analyzed,compared with the control bacteria C47-8.The results showed that there were variances between isolated bacterium and control bacteria.Integrating contagious disease discipline,clinical symptom and pathological change diagnosed as Pasteurellosis multocida of Otter Rabbits at last.we chose sensitivity drug to cure by drug screening method and had a satisfied result.
