水稻组织培养性状与一些农艺性状的相关研究

用水稻16个杂交种进行种胚和幼穗培养,探讨离体性状间以及它们与一些农艺性状间的相互关系。结果表明:愈伤诱导率与绿苗再生率成负相关,两种外植体间的绿苗再生率成显著负相关;种胚愈伤诱导与植株高度、千粒重成显著正相关;其绿苗再生与株高,粒长成显著负相关;幼穗离体性状与农艺性状的相关与种胚的基本一致,但相关系数较低,只有绿苗再生与粒厚成显著负相关。

A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN IN VITRO TRAITS AND THEIR CORRELATIONS WITH SOME AGRONOMIC TRAITS OF RICE

Dehusked seeds and young inflorescences of 16 rice hybrids were used for callas induction and plant regeneration. The correlation of callus induction anti plant regeneration was negative. The relationship of the plant regeneration between seed and inflorescence was significantly negative.The frequency of talus induction derived from seed was positively correlated with plant height,weight of 1,000 seeds significantly,its plant regeneration frequency was negatively with plant height and seed length significantly. The relationships between the in vitro traits of young inflorescence and agronomic traits were the same as that of seed but the correlated coefficients were low, only plant regeneration was significantly correlated in negative with seed thickness.
