| 摘 要： | 本研究通过观察星天牛成虫取食喷施不同稀释倍数药剂的盆栽植物后死亡情况,筛选能在48h内100%杀灭星天牛成虫的药剂及稀释倍数。结果表明:8%绿色威雷水剂500倍液、18%杀虫双水剂400倍液和40%氧乐果乳油800倍液能在48h内100%杀灭星天牛成虫,其中8%绿色威雷水剂500倍液能在24h内100%杀灭星天牛成虫,速效性和持效性均较好,是防治星天牛较理想的药剂。该结果可供指导出口寄主植物上的星天牛防治工作,以破解欧盟设置的与星天牛相关的技术壁垒,促进我国星天牛寄主植物的顺利出口。

| Abstract: | This research was designed to find the pesticide and its dilution factor that can exactly kill the Anoplophora chinensis adult in 48 hours.After eating the plant sprayed with different diluted pesticides,the mortality of A.chinensis was calculated.The results revealed that the A.chinensis adults were absolutely killed by 8% Cypermethrin aqueous solution diluted 500 times,18% Bisultap aqueous solution diluted 400 times or 40% Omethoate diluted 800 times.In addition,all the A.chinensis adults were killed by 8% Cypermethrin aqueous solution diluted 500 times during 24 hours with perfect efficiency and persistence.This research will be helpful for guiding the prevention and treatment of A.chinensis adult on export plants also for breaking the EU SPS barrier and promoting the exportation of the A.chinensis host plants. |
