摘    要:城市河流水系承担着防洪排涝、保持生态平衡、调节微气候、提供旅游休闲场所等多项功能,对城市的健康快速发展起着越来越重要的支撑作用。以沈阳市沈北新区为研究区域,从水系功能定位、规划治理原则、规划治理目标3个方面介绍了城市水系综合治理规划的理念,并对沈北新区水生态体系建设与水系景观格局设计思路、整治总体布局、生态治理技术进行了具体阐述,以期为其他城市河流水系治理提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Urban river systems fulfills many functions such as flood control and drainage,keeping ecological balance,regulating microclimate and so on.They play an increasingly important role in the healthy and fast development of urban areas.In this paper,Shenbei New District is used as a study area.The idea of a comprehensive harnessing of river systems is introduced from function orientation,regulation principle and harnessing objectives.Then ecological water system construction and landscape pattern,general layout and ecological control techniques are discussed in order to provide a reference for the comprehensive harnessing of river systems for other urban areas.
