新型松针软膏制备工艺研究

为了充分开发利用森林资源，改进制备工艺，提高产晶得率，提出了以新１＾＃溶剂萃取松针制备叶绿素一胡萝卜素松针软膏的新工艺。确定了最佳萃取工艺条件；筛选出了理想的树种即樟子松和红松。结果表明本工艺产品得率高达１５．５％，是石油醚萃取工艺的１．５倍以上；产品质量好，主要营养物质含量均达到或接近企业一级标准；产品成本低，每吨可降低０．６６万元左右；溶剂回收率高，环境污染小，生产安全。

STUDY ON THE NEW EXTRACTIVE TECHNOLOGY PREPARATION OF THE PINE NEEDLE CREAM

The new manufacturing process extracting pine needle vitamin meal and pine needle chlorophyll-carotene cream with new 1# extractant is developed for the exploitation. application of the forestry resource, improvement of the old process and raising the recovery of the products.The optimal extractive conditions are developed; the ideal pine needle of Pinus sylvestris and Pinus koraiensis is found;the main components of the product are analysed.It is a good manufacturing process with merits such as high recovery of the product; a good quality;a lower cost,and the safety of production. The recovery of product with 15.5% is 1.5 times as much as that of the traditional extractive process.The quality of product reached the first level of the same kinds of product in China.The pollution in envirionment are small, and the production can be operated safely.The cost of product be fallen by 6 600 per ton.
