| 摘 要： | 本文从林木种苗工程绩效形成的机理出发,依据工程绩效评价指标的设计原则以及公共工程的特点,从林木种苗工程绩效的关键影响因素(成本、时间、质量)、工程生命周期和平衡计分卡这三个角度建立一套林木种苗工程执行绩效评价指标体系.并结合两个实际的项目,通过实践分析证明了它的可行性.

| Abstract: | A performance evaluation index system was established in light of the formation mechanism of job performance and characters of public project.Influential factors to the seedling and seed project,life span of the project as well as balance car of records constituted an evaluation index system.Practical application for evidence was given too. |
