宁夏天牛病原真菌的种类和致病力研究

摘    要:从宁夏回族自治区的土壤和野外感病死亡昆虫体上分离培养了13 种( 菌株) 天牛病原真菌,利用其中12 个菌种( 菌株) 对光肩星天牛幼虫进行致病力测定,初步筛选出了球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌等5 个对光肩星天牛幼虫具有较强致病力的菌种( 菌株) ,其中球孢白僵菌最高致病死亡率达100 % ,金龟子绿僵菌致病死亡率为70 % .利用球孢白僵菌和引进的日本布氏白僵菌,对光肩星天牛的成虫进行致病力测定,日本布氏白僵菌致病死亡率达78 .3 % .利用无纺布培养布氏白僵菌,网箱内防治光肩星天牛成虫的试验显示,带菌无纺布枝挂法对成虫的感染率为12 .5 % .影响其效果的因素较多,其中湿度、无纺布上菌种分生孢子产生的数量是影响感染试验的主要因素.

Pathogenic Fungi of Anoplophora spp. (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae)in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Their Virulence

Abstract:Thirteen species of entomopathogenic fungi(isolates) of Anoplophora spp. were isolated and cultured from soil and infected insects obtained in field in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. Twelve isolates were evaluated in terms of the pathogenicities to A.glabripennis larvae.Five isolates,such as Beauveria bassiana and B.brongniartii with strong virulence to A.glabripennis larvae were selected. The highest infected mortality of B.bassiana was 100%. The Metarhizium anisopliae was 70%. The virulence of B.bassiana from Ningxia and Beauveria brongniartii introduced from Japan against A.glabripennis adults were determined. The mortality of B.brongniartii from Japan was 78.3%. B.brongniartii was cultured on the non woven fabric strips. In cages the virulence of non woven fabric strips with A.brongniartii against adults was 12.5%.The humidity and spore amounts on the non\|woven fabric strips developed by fungi were the main factors to influence the effects.
